According to Environment Canada a high of 8 degrees was posted yesterday in Prince George.
It did not break the previous the mark of 9.4 set in 1925.
Michel Gelinas with Environment Canada says the spring like conditions will taper off later in the week.
“That mild pattern we have been seeing will continue the rest of the week, although temperatures will go down slightly and we’ll get more seasonal temperatures.”
