Cariboo extinguishes Blazers

The Cariboo Cougars completed a weekend sweep of the Thompson Blazers this morning (Sun) winning 11-3.

The Cougars enjoyed a 4-0 lead after 20 minutes thanks to a pair of goals by Josh Maser and singles by Ethan O Rourke and Riley Coish.

In the second, things got sloppy for Cariboo when 100 Mile House product Dylan McNeil put Thompson on the board.

After a Mason Richey goal made it 5-1, the Blazers scored two goals in nine seconds off the sticks of Austin McKean and Josh DeCoffe.
