Prince George Firefighters extinguished a small blaze along the 1500 block of Victoria Street over the weekend.
According to the city, crews responded to the call just before 9:30am on Saturday where they contained the blaze, preventing further structural involvement.
Damage was limited to $10,000 and no injuries were reported.
The cause remains under investigation.
Crews remind business owners to ensure fire safety measures are in place including working smoke alarms and proper storage of flammable materials.
