The Prince George Hospice Thrift Store are asking the community to contribute donations and explore what’s available.
They said acceptable donations include clothing, housewares, books, electronics, and more.
They do ask donors to refrain from contributing items that are dirty, stained, broken, or otherwise unusable, as these cannot be sold.
A guiding principle used is if you wouldn’t give the item to your best friend, please reconsider donating it to the hospice.
Donations can be dropped off at either store locations during operating hours, and any larger items or inquiries about the suitability of a donation, to contact the respective store.
