PG police arrest four people during seizure at multiple properties

The Prince George RCMP and the North District Emergency Response Team executed a search warrant at a residence on the 4100-block of First Avenue, in response to an ongoing investigation.

The incident occurred shortly after 3:00 p.m. yesterday (Monday).

In relation to the same investigation, police officers executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act search warrant at a commercial dwelling unit on the 400-block of George Street around 8:00 p.m.

“Three people were arrested at the First Avenue residence and were later released pending the results of the full investigation. One man was arrested from the commercial dwelling unit and is being held in-custody until his next court appearance,” stated Corporal Jennifer Cooper, Media Relations Officer for the Prince George RCMP.

In total, multiple firearms, a large amount of Canadian Currency, suspected illicit drugs and drug trafficking paraphernalia were seized by police officers as they executed the two search warrants.

The investigation remains ongoing.
