Prince George over the worst of the precipitation, but could still have some scattered

The Prince George area can finally enjoy the warmer weather after a couple days of rain, at least for now.

From midday Thursday to Friday evening, PG saw roughly 13 to 20 millimetres of rainfall, however, a series of pacific systems will go through the province.

Meteorologist, Yimei Li says Sunday afternoon will only be a brief break.

“Another system is crossing the province on Sunday night, and Prince George will get showers or some snowfall accumulation of about 2-4 centimetres by Monday morning.”

More information about the forecast can be found on Environment Canada’s website here.
