Canada Post issued a red delivery service alert for Prince George due to inclement weather and icy conditions.
They said delivery will be suspended for the day, and are not sending out delivery agents or recalling them, and there will be no regular collection.
Delivery and mail collection will resume when conditions improve, and is safe to do so.
Canada Post added they encourage customers to clear the snow and ice from their walkways, stairs, and driveways to ensure visitor and mail carrier safety when service resumes.
