The Cariboo Cougars saw it’s record drop to 4-4-2 after a tie and a loss this weekend against the Thompson Blazers.
Cariboo dropped a 2-1 decision this afternoon (Sun) to the Blazers.
Josh Maser scored the lone goal for the Cougars while Matthew Facchinelli and Jett Saharchuk replied for Thompson.

On Saturday, both teams played to a 3-3 draw.

The Cougars had a 2-1 lead after 40 minutes when Joel Patsey and Jesse Pomeroy lit the lap for the visitors.
Austen McKean replied for Thompson.
In the third, Thompson scored a pair to force the tie courtesy of Matthew Facchinelli and Harley Bootsma.
The next home games for the Cariboo Cougars will be Saturday and Sunday when they host the South Island Royals from Kin 1.
