Connections on the forefront for businesses this weekend

The Business to Business Expo is kicking off tomorrow (Friday) at the Prince George Conference and Civic Centre.

Businesses will have the opportunity to connect with each other, with exhibitors, networking sessions, workshops, and will be able to connect with the public.

Chamber of Commerce Executive Director, Neil Godbout says owner operators can easily get lost in the business aspects.

“They then don’t have the opportunity, or don’t explore the opportunity to connect with people in the business community like themselves.”

“Often when you bring people together, that’s where the great ideas start coming.”

Godbout adds this is where unexpected partnerships form, learn the best practices, and show off the goods and services businesses provide.

The public will be able to attend starting at 11:00am on Saturday, which Godbout says is the perfect time to attend as Winterfest will be going on as well.

There will be 47 businesses taking part in Business to Business Expo.

The expo will start at noon until 6:30pm tomorrow, and continue through Saturday from 9:00am to 3:00pm.

More information can be found on the Community Futures website here.
