A “Pink In The Rink” night is being hosted once again by the Prince George Cougars.
It takes place on Saturday when they play the Kelowna Rockets and Vice-President of Business, Andy Beesley says the Breast Cancer promotion has become a hit with the players.
“The players love it because it’s a novelty for them to wear a different jersey, it’s just become a tradition and we are so happy to be a part of it.”
Beesley adds a very nice prize will be awarded to a lucky fan during one of the intermissions.
“We have a great chuck-a-puck contest this weekend with the winner receiving a pair of tickets to the Finning Luxury suite for Vancouver Canucks home game at Rogers Arena.”
The Cougars will also have a Mystery Night this season where fans aged 19 and older will get a ballot to win a 2015 Nissan Micra.
