PG Man Arrested after Bear Spray Incident

A Prince George man is facing several charges after a bizarre morning in the Hart.

At 1:45 Tuesday morning the RCMP were called to a home on Lehman street for a man trespassing in the neighbourhood. However the man fled before the police showed up.

Just 2 hours later police were called to the same house after the man returned and allegedly tried to bear spray a local resident.

After the man fled for a second time, RCMP used a Police dog named “Dero” to track the suspect to a nearby shed, and apprehended him.

23 year old Justin Lee Phillipe is facing 5 charges including Assault with a Weapon and Breaking and Entering.
