Environment Canada has removed the snowfall warning that was in place for Highway 16 from Tete Jaune Cache to the Alberta border.

More snow is on the way for parts of the north – this time its Highway 16 from Tete Jaune Cache to the Alberta border according to Environment Canada.

A Pacific frontal system will bring near 10 cm of snow this morning (Friday). Snowfall is expected to taper off near mid-day.

Surfaces such as highways, roads, walkways and parking lots may become difficult to navigate due to accumulating snow.Weather in the mountains can change suddenly resulting in hazardous driving conditions.
