Northern Health’s first baby of the year is a boy!
He was born at UHNBC at 2:13 this afternoon (Wednesday) to parents Natalie and William Lo of Prince George, weighing in at five pounds, eleven ounces.

British Columbia didn’t need to wait long to welcome the province’s first baby of 2025.
This year’s new years baby, Emerson, was born at 12:02 am at Royal Inland Hospital in Kamloops to parents Jordan and Elijah, weighing 7 pounds and 10 ounces.
