The Brownridge Court at the Charles Jago Northern Sport Centre is now an award winning surface.
The court is the winner of the Sport Floor of the Year Award, courtesy of Treeco Distribution and Bona Sport.
The court was originally unveiled in August, featuring the UNBC Timberwolves’ Indigenous logo designed by Gitxsan artist Trevor Angus.
The Award is a celebration of collaboration, innovation and unparalleled dedication to excellence.
“UNBC’s winning project is a testament to what’s possible when innovation meets collaboration,” said a TREECO representative.
“The team’s ability to combine cutting-edge design with unparalleled craftsmanship, while maintaining a deep commitment to client satisfaction and excellence, set this floor apart from the competition.”
Seven projects were up for the award.
