It will be a balanced budget for the Prince George School District next year.
Last night School District 57 Trustees passed a $140 million operating budget for 2014-15.
Management and Finance Chair Tim Bennett says coming to a decision on the budget was difficult.
Bennett says they will take $3.2 million from their surplus funds to balance the budget.
He also says a 0.5% cut in spending in all departments will also take place to put the school district in the black.
