The second meeting of Talktober happens tonight.
Blackburn area residents will get a chance to talk and voice their concerns to members of City Council and Staff.
Residents will also be able to give feedback on the proposed Anti-Smoking and Vaping Bylaw, and take a look at smaller waste containers.
The meeting will run from 6:30 to 8:30 PM at the Blackburn Community Hall.
