Primetime Wrestling fights hunger with food drive

Some of the stars of Primetime Wrestling were outside the Real Canadian Superstore today (Sunday), hosting a food drive for the St. Vincent de Paul Society in Prince George.

“Community outreach is always important, I think no matter what business you’re in, whether it’s the wrestling business that we’re in or you’re just a local community shop,” said Donny Brooks, one of Primetime’s wrestlers.

“Word of mouth goes a long way, and to be able to see the work that we’re putting in for the community, it helps bring people in the doors for us as well, so I think it’s a win-win for everybody.”

Primetime Wrestling has been a force for good in the community, raising money through their shows for Prince George Animal Rescue, Engage Sport North, Scouts Canada, and many more.

Their next snows will be on November 15th and 16th, raising funds for the Crisis Prevention, Intervention and Information Centre for Northern BC.
