Police are investigating a collision between a vehicle and a child on a bike.
Crews were called to the intersection of Tabor Boulevard and Horsefly Place at 2:50pm, where an 8-year-old boy appeared to have been hit by a car while riding his bike.
The child was taken to UHNBC with what is reported to be a broken leg.
RCMP noted the child was unsupervised, and wasn’t wearing a helmet.

The driver of the car remained on-scene, and wasn’t injured.
The cause of the collision is still under investigation.
