UNBC Timberwolves Goalkeeper “Big Save Brit” Hinsche has been named the Canada West Player of the Week in Women’s Soccer.
Hisnche, a product of Williams Lake, turned aside all 14 shots she faced on Sunday in the TWolves’ 1-0 win over the UBC Okanagan Heat
Hinsche has stopped all 16 shots she’s faced across two appearances so far this season.
The Timberwolves Women’s Soccer team is back in action this weekend at Masich Place Stadium this weekend, with a Friday game against the Fraser Valley Cascades, and a Sunday matinee against the Trinity Western Spartans.
