The Prince George Cougars and Spruce Kings have both announced changes to their hockey operations staff.
The Cougars have filled their open Athletic Therapist and Strength Conditioning Coach position with Prince George local Dave Adolph.
Adolph was most recently the Director of High Performance at Engage Sport North, and has also worked as the Athletic Therapist for the UBC Thunderbirds and Canadian National Women’s Soccer Program.

The Spruce Kings have hired three new hockey operations staff members – Athletic Therapist Michael Miller, Goalie Coach Kris Joyce, and Strength and Conditioning Coach Chase Astorino.
Miller is moving to Prince George from Ontario to take the position.
Joyce, another Prince George local, played four seasons of pro hockey in Norway and Sweden between 2017-18 and 2020-21.
Astorino is the owner of Astorino Athletics in Prince George.
