Environment Canada has downgraded the P.G. warning to a severe thunderstorm watch.

Environment Canada has upgraded the watch to a severe thunderstorm warning.

According to the service, a severe thunderstorm cell 20 kilometres southwest of Prince George is moving 30 kilometres per hour northeastward.

Prince George is back under a severe thunderstorm watch.

According to Environment Canada, conditions are favourable for the development of severe thunderstorms that may be capable of producing strong wind gusts and large hail.

The smoky skies bulletin that was in place in the Prince George area has also been rescinded.

$250,000 damage following fire on Pacific Street

Prince George Fire Rescue crews responded to a commercial structure fire in the 1000 block of Pacific Street yesterday morning (Sunday) at approximately 5:40.

Williams Lake RCMP investigating fatal crash
