B.C. Lions  44  Hamilton Tiger-Cats  28

Vernon Adams completed 26 of 36 passes for 383 yards and four touchdowns to lead the
4-1 Lions to victory over the 0-5 Tiger-Cats in Hamilton.

The Lions next game will be Saturday at 4 PM when they host the (4-0) Saskatchewan Roughriders.

Week 6 begins Thursday at 4:30 PM with (2-2) Toronto at (5-0) Montreal.

NHL:

One week after being selected by Washington in the first round of the 2024 NHL Draft, Prince George Cougars sniper Terik Parascak signed a three-year entry-level contract with the Capitals.

Parascak led all CHL rookies in points with 105 this past season.

The Devils will play the Bandits in the PG Senior Men’s Lacrosse championship series with Game 1 on Wednesday.

The Bandits advanced winning their semifinal series two straight over the Assault.
