Library’s Nechako Branch launches curbside service

The Prince George Public Library’s Nechako Branch in the Hart has been closed since June 24th because of a roof leak, but that is not stopping them from providing service to the area.

Starting today (Wednesday), the library is offering curbside service.

Library users can phone ahead to place a hold on their items, then pick them up when they are ready.

The Nechako Branch will be open Monday – Friday from 10:00 to 6:00, and Saturday from 10:00 to 5:00.

According to the library, roof repairs have started and the branch could be fully open again as soon as next Friday (July 12).

They said “other services like printing, interlibrary loans, and more complex reference support” will need to go to the downtown branch.
