Former Cougar Petrovicky and other NHL alumni to join 15th Annual Commonwealth Cup tournament

Several NHL Alumni will be helping raise funds for the Prince George Hospice Palliative Care Society at the 15th Annual Commonwealth Cup.

Cougars Alumni Ron Petrovicky will be joined by fellow former NHLers Garry Monahan, Eddy Hatoum, Dennis Kearns, and Gary Nylund at the tournament.

“We are incredibly honored to have Ron Petrovicky join us again this year,” said Commonwealth Cup Committee Member Darren Lindsay.

“His ongoing support and enthusiasm for our tournament not only highlight his generous spirit but also significantly contribute to the success of our fundraising efforts for the PG Hospice Palliative Care Society.”

In addition, former Canucks Broadcaster John Garrett and BCTV sports reporter Bernie Pascall will join the VIP list at the tournament.

The Commonwealth Cup tournament is an annual fundraising event with all proceeds going towards the Prince George Hospice Palliative Care Society.

The tournament takes place July 16th at Aberdeen Glen. .
