One of Prince George’s most unique parks is holding a weekend celebration for its 35th anniversary.
The Goodsir Nature Park has been built, maintained, and run by Jim Good over that time, it features two miles of trails, trees from every province and territory in Canada, two museums, and its own radio station.
The celebrations will kick off Friday and Saturday (June 21 and 22) at 7:00, local musicians Steve Baker and Dean Chandler will provide entertainment.
Admission is by donation both evenings, the proceeds will help fund the park.
