In Stanley Cup Playoffs history, 211 teams have faced a 3–0 deficit in a best-of-seven series.

Only four of those teams overcame it to win and only one of those did so in the Stanley Cup Final.

Since the third period of Game 3, Panthers goaltender Sergei Bobrovsky has allowed 11 goals on 39 shots.

Connor McDavid has eight points in his last two games which is an NHL record for the most points in a 2-game span in the Stanley Cup Final.

The 27-year-old McDavid has 42 points in the playoffs, 4th best all-time, behind Wayne Gretzky (47 points, 1984-85), Mario Lemieux (44 points, 1990-91) and Gretzky (43 points, 1987-88).

Results in the series: Florida won 3-0, 4-1 and 4-3 before the Oilers won the next two games 8-1 and 5-3.
