The CN Centre opened its doors to the public for the first time on September 30, 1995.

To celebrate the milestone, the city and arena are announcing an “iconic” show coming to Prince George.

The announcement will be made on Monday at the CN Centre at 2:00, everyone who comes will be entered into a draw to win 14 tickets to a luxury suite for the show.

“Any time a show or concert of this magnitude is announced, it’s exciting news for Prince George,” said mayor Simon Yu, “Entertainment of this caliber stands as a reminder of the incredible national and international talent that the CN Centre has brought to our City over the last 30 years.”

The CN Centre has seen some big names pass through it over the last 30 years, including Elton John, KISS, Shania Twain, and most recently Ice Cube.
