During an audit in 2018, discrepancies were noted.

A banker’s box was discovered under Bailey’s work desk which contained missing credit card documents. From there an investigation was conducted which revealed over a thousand unauthorized credit card purchases over that five-year period.

In addition, the court ordered her to pay restitution for the exact amount that was spent.

Some of the purchases ranged from flights, hotels and, online shopping.
