June will start with a celebration of art, community and creativity in Prince George.
Happening from June 1st to June 9th, the Method Dance Society is hosting the Community Moves Festival.
The festival will start with free workshops from June 1st to 5th, ranging from dance, yoga and professional development.
On June 7th and 8th, the festival will take the stage at the Knox Performance Centre for the mainstage showcase.
The festival will culminate with a day of free activiteis and performances at Lheidli T’enneh Memorial Park on June 9th.
“We are so excited to launch our second annual presentation of the Community Moves Festival,” said Executive Artistic Director Shelby Richardson.
“The events and activities are so unique and really celebrate the collaborative innovation of the artists living in Prince George.”
