Highway 16 re-opened to single-lane alternating traffic 40 km west of McBride after a lumber truck lost its load and rolled over.
According to Drive BC, the incident occurred last night (Tuesday) at the Goat River bridge where the vehicle involved blocked the road in both directions, cutting off any sort of vehicle access for several hours.
Drivers are expected to stop and expect delays as well as follow all traffic controls.
The next update is slated for 9:00 this morning (Wednesday).
