Trailer fire extinguished at Moccasin Flats

Two fire crews responded to a late-night fire at Moccasin Flats last night.

When firefighters arrived they found a commercial trailer on fire, as well as a large pile of debris.

According to the city, a loud explosion was heard in the fire, caused by tires on the trailer popping.

Fire crews were at the encampment for nearly two hours, they estimate the fire caused $2,500 worth of damage.

No injuries were reported.
