The search is on for the lucky person who is 56-thousand dollars richer after purchasing a lottery ticket in Prince George.
The winning ticket is one of four across Canada following Tuesday’s Lotto 6/49 Classic draw, which had five out of six numbers correct as well as the bonus.
According to BCLC, the other three tickets were bought in Western Canada, Ontario and Atlantic Canada.
Earlier this month, PG’s Annabelle and Arden Ross claimed $230,000 during the March 9th Lotto 6/49 draw.
In addition, local couple Shawna and Jason Eberle won $500,000 following the February 15th Daily Grand Draw.
Furthermore, two sizeable lottery tickets were claimed in Williams Lake over the past month.
John Bennetts, the owner of The Neighborhood Ice Cream Shop won $274,000 after claiming the February 16th Lotto Max draw.
Then, a ticket purchased in that community is worth a cool $500,000 after matching all four numbers on the Extra Prize during Friday’s Lotto Max draw.
The winning extra numbers were 30, 65, 70, and 84.
