The Prince George RCMP have a 31 year old Smithers man in custody following yesterday’s robbery at TD Bank.
Just before 2:30pm the police received a call of an armed robbery at the TD branch on O’Grady Road near College Heights.
The suspect was located and arrested just before 6 o’clock last night (Tue) in a wooded area just off of O’Grady Road.
An airsoft pistol, vehicle and the stolen cash has been recovered.
The accused will remain in custody until his court appearance tomorrow. A
