Now might be a good time to bet on Justin Sunga.
The second-year guard saved his best for last, scoring 11 of his 17 points in overtime, leading the UNBC Timberwolves to a come-from-behind 69-67 victory in overtime Friday against the Thompson Rivers Wolfpack in Canada West basketball action.

Josh Gillespie chimed in with 17 of his own while Evgeny Baukin added a 14-point, 10 rebound double-double effort for Todd Jordan’s squad.
Daniel Bost led all TRU players with 14 points while Denys Bachurin supplied 11 points and 10 rebounds.
UNBC improved to 8-7 despite a 5-for-24 outing from three-point range. To make up for it though, the Timberwolves converted 18-of-25 free-throws while the Wolfpack (3-10) went a dismal 9-for-20.
The Timberwolves also overcame a rare off-night from fifth-year post and Kamloops native Spencer Ledoux who went 2-of-13 on field goals, tallying eight points in 42 minutes of action.
On the women’s side, a monster effort from Sveta Boykova ended a five-game losing streak for the Timberwolves.
Boykova arguably had her best performance of the season, tallying 20 points and 17 rebounds, enroute to a 78-69 win over TRU.
