Wednesday is Pirate Pak day.
As all White Spot restaurants in BC and Alberta raise funds to send some deserving kids to camp.
$2 from the sale of each pirate pak will go directly to Zajac Ranch for Children, and President Warren Erhart says there will also be pirate paks for the grown ups:
“The adult Pirate Pak has been really quite special because it gives every adult the chance to be a child again”
Adult Pirate Paks feature burger menu items with fries, a soft drink, coleslaw and some ice cream.
Zajac ranch is a special needs ranch that provides support for children and young adults with life threatening illnesses and disabilities.
Last year, almost a million Pirate Paks were sold. With just over 39,000 of those sold on Pirate Pak day alone.
