The Public is being encouraged to bring their canine friends to Duchess Dog Park this weekend.
The “Bark in the Park” event will be taking place this Sunday between 9 am and noon.
Coordinator Zoe Nunes says its all in support of the local SPCA, with the RCMP on hand with a dog demonstration, as well as the City:
“They are going to do a dog survey just to see how the parks are maintaining so if anyone has any opinions about how the parks are and they want to give their two cents about it, please come because the City of Prince George will be there doing some surveys.”
Nunes says there will be a number of dog shows, categories and prizes to be won.
