The search for a missing teen has concluded with heartbreaking results.
Burns Lake RCMP have located the body of a young man who went missing while fishing early last week.
17-year-old Bryce Gray went fishing at Tchesinkut Lake south of Burns Lake last Tuesday, but failed to return home when expected.
His boat was later found empty on shore, with the motor missing and a lifejacket inside.
The RCMP Underwater Recovery Team was able to locate the body in the water on Sunday afternoon.
The death is considered accidental, and officials remind the public that wearing a lifejacket could be the difference between life and death.
