Kodiaks scorched by Suns again

The Okanagan Sun are one of the BC Football Conference’s top teams for a reason.

The score was 74-14 when the Kodiaks met them last week, the Sun doubled down at home with a 73-10 win last night (Saturday).

Suns’ Quarterbacks Hunter Norman and Adam Rocha combined for 399 passing yards and 18 more rushing yards.

Eleyon Noa rushed for a whopping 191 yards.

This, while Kodiaks quarterbacks Sam Sabine and Kayle Cowley combined for 95 passing yards.

Kaden Wagner scored the Kodiaks’ lone touchdown.

After the loss, the Kodiaks’ record fell to 2-7, while Okanagan improved to 7-1.

Prince George is back in action next week for their final game of the regular season, facing off in Kamloops against the 1-8 Kamloops Broncos.
