The Mailman made his first big delivery of the 2023 Canada West soccer seasons.
After notching three goals over the weekend against the Thompson Rivers Wolfpack, UNBC Timberwolves 5th year striker Michael Henman has been named the conference Player of the Week.
Henman rippled the onion bag twice in the T-Wolves 3-1 win on Friday over TRU. He also notched a late marker during Sunday’s 2-1 loss to the Wolfpack.
Last year, the Victoria product was named Canada West Player of the Year – notching an astounding 19 goals, matching the Canada West record for most goals in a single season.
