After 10 Zellers-less years, the Canadian department store has once again set up shop in Prince George.
Today is the official opening date of the Zellers pop-up in The Bay in Parkwood Place, with a small collection of items and merchandise on sale in the upstairs portion of the store.
The pop-up is being used as a test run to see if Prince George is viable for a future store location.
“Pop-ups are a key ingredient in our expansion strategy, allowing us to explore and test in new markets, gather valuable customer insights, and fine-tune our offering before establishing larger format store locations,” said Sophia Hwang-Judiesch, President of Hudson’s Bay.
