A well known charity golfing tournament is back for its fourth year.
As the Prince George Cougars, in conjunction with the Spirit of the North Healthcare foundation are joining forces for their Alumni Hospital Golf tournament on July 17th and 18th.
Gary Samis is Chairman for the event, and says they are looking to raise $70,000 dollars this year, and are well on their way:
“Every year it seems like we get sold out sooner and we get greater attendance, we have many more major companies coming on as sponsors and our alumni list continues to grow, so its a great feeling”
While the tournament is already sold out, fans are encouraged to come to the Curling Club for Friday’s meet and greet between 4 and 5 pm.
