A 25-tear old man is in custody after being arrested by the North District Emergency Response Team this weekend.
On Sunday, the team and a negotiator met in Smithers and flew to a cultural camp where an incident took place near Stewart.
Upon arrival, the culprit was arrested and will be in court at a later date.
The matter is still under investigation.
