Plethora of pioneer activities at Huble Homestead

One of Prince George’s oldest buildings is throwing open its doors this long weekend.

Huble Homestead will be marking its grand opening weekend with the park opening Saturday and official kick-off activities go Sunday and Monday.

Operations Manager Krystal Leason says they will be doing the same things the pioneers would have done in the spring.

Leason says on Monday they will focus on gardening tips and tricks.

She says Huble Homestead will be open from 10 am to 5 pm all summer long.
