Prince George’s Wood Innovation and Design Centre is about 75% complete at this point.
Construction on the interior is continuing on the project in the downtown core.
Jobs Minister Shirley Bond says currently the building envelope is completely closed in.
Bond says they are still in discussions with a number of tenants for the Wood Innovation and Design Centre.
She says the building is expected to cost $25 million.
