Prince George ranked among the happiest cities in BC

Prince George is the 10th happiest city in BC.

That’s according to a recent survey from Point2 where they determined the happiness of the 100 largest cities in Canada using several related metrics to create the index.

Some of them included median after-tax income, poverty rate, commute time, and air quality.

The northern capital is also ranked as the 56th happiest city in Canada.

The survey also noted 84% of PG residents were happy to spend less than 30% of their income on housing.

The District of North Vancouver was proclaimed as the happiest city in all of BC followed by Port Coquitlam and Langley.
