Less than a week after being eliminated from the WHL Playoffs, the Prince George Cougars put an eye towards their future.
Today (Monday), the Cougars signed 16-year-old goaltender Joshua Ravensbergen to a player agreement.
The 6’4 netminder from North Vancouver led the BC Elite Hockey League with 15 wins for the U-18 Vancouver North West Hawks.
He also tallied a 2.10 goals against average.
Ravensbergen participated in last year’s training camp with the Cougars.
