Spring has officially arrived – outdoor restrooms are coming back for the season.
The city will be opening three up for the public tomorrow:
- Lheidli T’enneh Memorial Park – Washroom nearest to 17th Avenue and washroom near the Exploration Place.
- Duchess Park – Playground washroom.
- Beach Volleyball Court – Open to the public on a first-come-first-served basis. Not available to users while repairs are being completed to water lines.
The city says the restrooms on Connaught Hill will stay closed as crews prepare the park as a whole for opening.
Masich Place Stadium and Nechako Riverside Park’s facilities are already open.
