‘Always… Patsy Cline’ to open at Theatre NorthWest tonight

Theatre NorthWest‘s latest production will be opening tonight. (Thursday)

Always… Patsy Cline, written by Ted Swindley,  follows the story of the famous country singer and her friendship with Texas housewife Louise Seger.

“It’s kind of like two one-woman shows, in a lot of ways,” said Sarah Horsman, who will be playing Patsy Cline.

“[Louise] is telling this big story speech-wise, and I’m telling a music story of the growth of Patsy Cline’s music through the time that she had her time in the spotlight.”

The role of Louise will be played by Laura Jaye.

The first showing will take place tonight at 8:00, and the play will run until December 14th.
