Mayor Lyn Hall wanted to be more accountable and transparent, and it looks like he is holding true to that.
As Hall, along with the rest of PG City Council will be hosting a conversation about civic matters in neighbourhoods.
Hall says the Hart Highlands will be the first of these get togethers:
“During my campaign, in my run for Mayor, I had said that I wanted to ensure that as a Council we re-connected back to the community and this is part of that re-connection plan. I’d said that we would be going out to the various neighbourhoods and communities in Prince George. At that time I had spoke about the Hart, College Heights, Blackburn and the bowl area”
The conversation topics will range, and the public is invited to come out and share their concerns or discuss their ideas.
It all takes place Wednesday the 24th from 7 to 9 pm at the Hart Pioneer Center.
