The Cougars’ preseason begins on Friday in Port Coquitlam against the Vancouver Giants. Their one preseason home game will be on September 17th vs the Kamloops Blazers.

MLB – Toronto Blue Jays: 4 vs Pittsburgh Pirates: 3
The Jays have won five straight games, including three against the Pirates.
They will play the Orioles twice today at 10:05 and at 1:35, then again tomorrow afternoon at 4:05.
Baltimore is directly behind Toronto in the AL standings, 8.5 2.5 games back with two games in hand.
The MLB regular season ends one month from today, the Jays are currently holding on to the final AL wildcard spot.
CFL – Blue Bombers: 20 vs Roughriders: 18
The Winnipeg Blue Bombers continue their impressive regular season campaign with their league-leading 11th win last night thanks to a 17 point second quarter, still sitting on top of the league standings with only one loss.
The Toronto Argonauts are in Hamilton this morning for a 10:00 game, and the Elks and Stampeders will battle in the west.
The Lions are back in action on Friday (September 9) against the Alouettes.
